Senior Operational Risk Consultant (Insurance) We are seeking an experienced professional to lead operational risk transformation in the insurance sector, focusing on resilience, regulatory alignment, and technology-driven risk management.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement operational and IT risk frameworks (e.g. Solvency II, COSO, ISO 31000, NIST)
Lead risk assessments, RCSAs, scenario analysis, and control design
Strengthen third-party risk, outsourcing, and business continuity frameworks
Translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-ready solutions
Engage senior stakeholders and drive organisation-wide risk initiatives
Promote risk awareness and mentor junior team members
Profile
~8+ years’ experience in operational risk within insurance or consulting
~ Strong knowledge of risk and IT risk frameworks and GRC methodologies
~ Proven stakeholder management and leadership experience
~ Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
~ Fluent in English (additional xphnsxz languages advantageous)
