We are looking for to hire a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our IT department. This role will be responsible for managing projects of different nature depending on business needs, including digital initiatives as well as fast-track internal projects. The position will be part of the IT team and will collaborate closely with Technology Operations, Architecture, and Service Owners:
Main Activities and Tasks:
Strong leadership skills
* Lead projects adopting the Project Manager role, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget.
* Perform exhaustive tracking of projects, adhering to the company’s internal methodology, ensuring proper project documentation, understanding business requirements, and technical elements to be modified or created from scratch.
* Execution of proof of concepts: Drive pilots and proof of concept initiatives to test business needs before launching a high-impact project, aligned with Sofinco methodology.
Negotiation capabilities.
* Ability to understand and identify processes that need to be created or modified throughout the project, communicating them to both technical and business areas.
* Team coordination: Facilitate communication and cooperation between different technology department areas to ensure alignment and project success.
* Manage and interact with different providers involved in assigned projects
* Manage and Interact with technical areas as Arquitecture, It Operations, QA, Testing,
User-oriented support.
* Coordinate and support business units (stakeholders) and users;.
* Collaborate with various areas to support transversal initiatives.
Technology knowledge.
* SALESFORCE MICROSERVICES, APIS, TALEND, WSO2.
* Lead Projects which will use different technical pieces in different technologies as Salesforce, Microservices (Java, springboot), APIS, Talend, Wso2.
* Collaborated on integration between the different Systems, Cassiopae, Salesforce, Debt Manger and external systems using APIs..
Requirements:
* Preferably a university degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
* Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT project management or service owner roles in technology departments.
* Spanish
* English
* Financial entities background in operations areas
