Will you join our team and support our clients in their digital transformation and the optimization of their HR processes? We are Cegeka Business Solutions Belgium, a team of approximately 280 passionate consultants working on innovative and complex ERP and CRM projects. Will you be part of our growth story? /pulliYou will work closely with business process owners and key users to map out the needs and identify bottlenecks. /liliYou translate these needs into functional specifications, collaborating with the technical team on potential custom solutions. /liliYou configure the HR modules (e.g., payroll, time tracking, performance management, etc.) based on the client’s requirements. /liliWith your expertise in D365 HR, you advise clients on optimizations and efficiency improvements. /liliYou deliver workshops, user manuals, and training for HR teams and managers to ensure optimal system usage. /liliIn short, you play a crucial role throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, aiming for a high-quality result and a satisfied client. /li /ulh3What you need to succeed: /h3ulliYou have solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
