PpbAbout the Role /b /p pAs Sales Director for bDENZA Brand /b in Belgium and Luxembourg, you will drive market expansion and sales growth, playing a pivotal role in establishing DENZA as a leading premium automotive brand. This strategic position encompasses developing comprehensive sales strategies, managing key stakeholder relationships, and building a robust dealer network to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market penetration objectives. /p pYou will depend on the Deputy Country Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul libSales Strategy Development: /b Collaborate with the Deputy Country Manager to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving market share growth and meeting sales targets. /li libBusiness Development: /b Manage business growth in an omni‑channel perspective with a B2B2C mindset. Responsible for the key sales metrics and KPIs of the region, collaborate with the dealers to achieve the agreed goals. /li libCustomer Relationship Management: /b Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealers, key industry partners, and final users within the region. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. /li libSales Forecasting and Reporting: /b Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis, providing insights into market trends, sales performance, and challenges. /li libMarket Development: /b Identify and develop new market segments and customer groups within the region in alignment with the company's overall business plan. /li libBrand Promotion: /b Collaborate with the marketing team to organize customer events and promotional activities, increase the brand reputation and influence within the key industry partners. /li libSales Team Management: /b Create and develop the sales team, set targets, and evaluate performance. /li libCross‑Functional Collaboration: /b Work closely with internal departments, including network, operations, aftersales, finance, legal, and HR, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions to support sales goals. /li libAdditional Responsibilities: /b Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Country Manager and senior management to support the company’s growth objectives. /li /ul pbIdeal Candidate Profile: /b /p ul liMinimum 8 years proven success in senior automotive sales leadership roles, with experience in premium brand launches preferred. /li liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field. /li liSales leader and able to animate a strong dealership network. /li liComplex deal structuring and negotiation. /li liTeam leadership and development. /li liStrong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. /li liWillingness to undertake extensive Belgium / Luxembourg and international travels. /li liFlexible approach to working hours to support critical business initiatives. /li /ul h3We Offer: /h3 ul liCompetitive remuneration based on performance and experience. /li liOpportunities for department and company‑wide team building events. /li liA chance to contribute to the transition towards zero‑emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy. /li /ul pbLocation: /b Brusselsbr/bType of Employment: /b Full‑time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
