Are you the one we’re looking for? Keep reading!As a Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the departments that willroll out our nationwide fibre and radio networks. You will ensure that our engineers and partners have access to our antennas and fibre POPs by interacting with landlords and occasionally travelling to ensure access. You will ensure that information about our network locations is well stored and managed in our systems, monitor leases, insurances, and utilities are up to date and notify the responsible teams if needed, and provide administrative support to various teams in the Technology department. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and productive work environment for our employees and partners.Key Responsibilities:Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record-keepingMaintain and update office files, databases, and documentsCommunicate with landlords to organize site visitsOccasionally travel to our network locations and offer access to DIGI personnel and partnersPrepare travel arrangements (booking for transport and lodging) for our colleagues when neededSupport other organizational administrative needs as assignedJob requirementsPrior experience in an administrative role; experience in the telecommunications industry is a plusCompletion of higher education or equivalent studies is a plusStrong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments, demonstrating strong internal customer service abilitiesAttention to detail and a high degree of integrity and responsibility when handling dataProficiency in using office software and good computer skills A valid driving licence to occasionally facilitate access to our locations for our personnel and partnersProficiency in either French (FR) or Dutch (NL) is mandatory; conversational proficiency in the other language is desirableStrong English (EN) language skills due to the international profile of our companyKnowledge of Romanian (RO) is a plusIn this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of our fibre and mobile telephony infrastructure projects.
