* Performing administrative tasks to support various projects across the organization.
* Assisting with the preparation of workshops, training materials, and presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
* Managing ticket follow-ups within the system.
* Supporting the Expense Management process.
* Helping organize and structure materials for training sessions and demos.
* Managing administrative tasks in different tools and assisting the team with day-to-day operational activities.
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project-based environment. Experience from any sector is sufficient.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to quickly adapt and a 'can-do' attitude.
* Independence and the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
* Flexibility in working hours (for example, starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM).
* Familiarity with Oracle is a plus but not required.
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
