Internship: Marketing & Sales Support (SEO, Website, Growth & Business Development) Location: Brussels, Belgium — 2–3 days/week in the office Company: Govrn — Belgium-based AI-first Board Management Platform Job Description Govrn is looking for a motivated intern to support a mix of marketing, growth, website/SEO, SEA, business development and light technical tasks. Because we work in a fast-moving SaaS environment, the exact scope of your internship will depend on your skills, strengths and what you personally want to learn or develop. You will have the freedom to focus more on marketing, sales, analytics, website improvement or technical tasks depending on your profile. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to explore different areas and gain hands-on experience in a growing Belgian tech startup. Responsibilities (adapted to your skills & interests) Marketing & Growth Improve and update website content (copy, structure, small technical changes). Support SEO: keyword research, content optimisation, on-page checks. Follow SEA campaign results (Google Ads/Bing), prepare simple analyses. Help create marketing materials: visuals, presentations, newsletters, case studies. Conduct market or competitor analysis. Sales & Business Development Identify potential leads and support outreach (LinkedIn, email, CRM). Assist with preparation of demos and follow-up materials. Research new markets and personas. Organise sales data and help maintain HubSpot. Technical & Product Support (optional — depending on your skills) Help with light coding tasks (HTML/CSS/JS) or website optimisation. Test new features and collect product feedback. Assist with no-code automation tasks (AI tools, scripts, templates). Working Conditions Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in our Brussels office. Flexible scheduling around university. Close collaboration with both the Head of Commercial and CTO. Possibility to continue as a student job or junior role. Preferred Studies Students in: Marketing, Communication Business, Management, Economics Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development Or any related field with an interest in SaaS, marketing or product Language Requirements English: fluent (working language) Dutch: good to very good French: good to very good Strong level in at least two of these languages is preferred. Preferred Skills & Profile Curious, proactive and eager to learn. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Interest in SEO/SEA, growth marketing or sales outreach. Basic technical interest is a plus (not mandatory). Strong communication skills and willingness to try new tools. Comfortable adapting the role to what you want to grow in.
