As a Consolidation & Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating financial data from different entities within our organization. You ensure accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will manage a team of accounting professionals, coach them and make sure the accounting runs smooth and effective.
In this position, you will report to the CFO of Ekopak Group.
Responsibilities:
* Consolidate financial data from different business units.
* Preparation of accurate and timely reports:
* Monthly reporting to the Board of Directors
* (Semi-)annual reporting on markets
* Coordinate and lead the reporting process, including data collection and validation.
* Coordination and preparation of the budget and follow-up of the business plan.
* Analyze financial results and trends to provide insights to management.
* Leading a team of accountants .
* Make sure the accounting (over the various group entitities) is done accurately and smoothly.
* You will as well be the Ekopak IFRS specialist.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in an international environment.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, stress resistant
* Experienced leader and manager
* Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
