Your Role As a
SAP Business Analyst, you will contribute to projects that drive digital transformation and process improvement in the transport and energy sector. You will help clients such as public transport operators, logistics companies, and mobility service providers analyze business needs, design solutions, and implement
SAP-based systems .
What will you do? Analyze business processes and gather requirements
across key functions (e.g., operations, planning, asset management, finance). Translate business needs into functional specifications
for SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP TM). Support SAP implementation and configuration, including testing, training, and change management during rollouts. Act as a
bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring SAP solutions align with strategic goals and operational realities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to sustainable, innovative deliverables.
Your Profile Master’s degree in
Business,
Engineering ,
Business Analytics ,
Information Systems, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience
as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in
SAP projects, preferably within transport, energy, or logistics. Strong understanding of
SAP modules and integration points. Fluent in
Dutch
and/or
French, with a strong command of
English. Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate technical insights into business value. Experience with
project management or Agile methodologies
is a plus. Passionate about
innovation and sustainable mobility .
