Job Description The District Manager will manage the store network and has the following responsibilities: Full steering of the store network to ensure commercial performance and achievement of targets. In‑depth P&L management, including profitability, margins, payroll costs, productivity, and operational expenses. Monitoring of key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, average basket, sales index, units per transaction, perfect basket, and market share. Daily field presence with regular store visits, on‑the‑ground support, and team development. Recruitment activities, conducting individual interviews, regular check‑ins, and upskilling of teams. Guaranteeing operational excellence, including safety standards, processes, shrink management, and execution of the retail commercial calendar. Analysis of brand performance, administrative management, and reporting workflows. The Successful Applicant Similar previous experience managing a store network. Retail experience and genuine interest in the beauty universe. A challenger mindset with a passion for people, collaboration, and team development. Strategic thinker able to navigate ambiguity and understand business challenges. Open personality, dynamic, proactive, analytical and action‑oriented.
