đŻ Your mission
As a Junior Business Developer, you will join our Sales team and play a key role in expanding EMAsphereâs presence in Flanders and the Netherlands.
Your main objective: generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term client relationships, while contributing to the teamâs growth.
đ„ What will you do?
đ Generate new opportunities
* Follow up on inbound leads and proactively create new ones through outbound calls, emails and social selling
* Identify and qualify opportunities with CEOs, CFOs and finance leaders
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline in your region
đ€ Manage the sales cycle
* Drive the sales process from first contact to closing
* Present and demonstrate the added value of the EMAsphere platform
* Negotiate and close deals
* Build long-term relationships and turn clients into ambassadors
đ Develop and leverage partnerships
* Maintain and grow our existing partner network
* Identify and onboard new partners in your region
* Represent EMAsphere at events, workshops and seminars
* Expand your network of C-level executives
đ Contribute to sales performance
* Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
* Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
* Share market feedback and help optimize our sales strategy
Who are you?
* Education : Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
* Experience : First successful experience (â2â3 years) in sales, SDR, business development. Experience in SaaS or tech is a strong plus
* Languages : Native in Dutch, Professional English.

* Comfortable with technology and digital tools
* Familiar with LinkedIn and modern prospecting techniques
* Interest in finance/business topics is a plus
