Key Responsibilities & Deliverab les Technical Leadersh ip: Serve as the subject matter expert on Azure Dev Ops practices, guiding project architecture and mentoring team members without the burden of administrative people-manageme nt. Project Delivery & Suppo rt: Ensure steady, measurable progress on core engineering projects while providing robust tier-3 infrastructure and pipeline suppo rt. Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Design, build, and maintain modular, multi-environment (Dev/Test/Prod) infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, ensuring strict adherence to state and drift management best practic es. CI/CD Automati on: Design and optimize sophisticated, multi-stage YAML-based Azure Dev Ops pipelines to automate infrastructure and application deployments for multi-language stacks (. NET, Python, Node.js, Jav a). Dev Sec Ops Implementati on: Integrate robust security gates, vulnerability scanners, and compliance checks directly into the CI/CD lifecyc
