We’re looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer who can take ownership, support users, and contribute to workplace innovation through both support and project-based work.
About the Role
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will help manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online, etc.). You’ll support the rollout of new tools and updates, contribute to digital transformation and automation projects, assist end users (2nd line operations), and help with internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
This role is a dynamic mix of support and project work.
Your Profile:
* A bachelor’s degree is not essential—your skills and right mindset are more important.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* You’re confident working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and managing Windows 11 devices.
* You think proactively and seek out improvements and automation opportunities.
* Azure knowledge is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
* Familiarity with networking is a plus—you don’t need to be an expert, but you can contribute meaningfully to discussions or handle related requests.
What’s in it for you:
* Grow continuously—you’ll have the chance to learn a lot, both on the job and through internal coaching and hands-on experience.
* Be part of a human-centric company where your well-being and growth truly matter.
* Work in a dynamic and innovative environment where your input makes a real difference.
* Enjoy a supportive and open culture that encourages ownership, initiative, and creativity.
* Benefit from a hybrid work setup, with flexibility to work from home and at our modern HQ in Erpe-Mere.
