Job description
In this role you lead medium to large scale capital projects across their full lifecycle within regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
* Lead complex capital projects from early ideation and design through execution and handover
* Drive project delivery with strong focus on safety quality cost schedule and risk
* Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including engineering facilities EHS IT quality and finance
* Manage internal teams and external contractors suppliers and consultants
* Oversee commissioning qualification and validation activities
* Ensure clear project governance reporting KPI tracking and stakeholder communication
* Manage scope changes risk mitigation and issue resolution
* Deliver structured project close out lessons learned and continuous improvement inputs
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Master’s preferred
* PMP or equivalent project management certification
* Ten or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
* Proven experience delivering capital projects from design through start up
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing process engineering and regulatory requirements
* Solid experience with cost control scheduling budgeting and contractor management
* Ability to lead complex cross functional and partly remote teams
* Structured solution driven communicator
