To support this ambition, were looking for a Supply Chain Improvement & Change Manager to ensure the reliability and availability of spare parts for our continental fleet.
Youll play a key role in optimizing processes, leading change initiatives, and driving cross border collaboration.
What Youll Do:
* Ensure spare part availability for preventive and corrective fleet maintenance in continental depots
* Support and improve planning tools to forecast short and long term needs based on maintenance schedules and usage history
* Work closely with key stakeholders like engineering, maintenance teams, depots, and suppliers across Belgium, France, and the UK
* Document and enhance internal/external supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
* Lead change management initiatives, driving alignment across teams and partners through workshops and regular SteerCo updates
* Use KPIs and reporting tools to track progress and ensure performance excellence
What You Bring:
* Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (experience managing or supporting teams is a plus)
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a bonus
* Strong in data analysis, project management, and process improvement
* Excellent communication, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration skills
* Adaptable, detail oriented, and results driven
