We’re Hiring – Sales Administration & Invoicing Support (Mid-Level) Hybrid (3 days remote) | Short-term contract | Start ASAP For one of our clients active in the events sector, we are looking for a Sales Administration & Invoicing Support professional to support sales operations in the lead-up to a major European business event (contract until June 8th, 2026). This is a key behind-the-scenes role ensuring CRM accuracy, sales pipeline tracking, and invoicing coordination while supporting both sales and events teams. Your Responsibilities Manage and maintain the CRM system (data accuracy is key!) Track the full sales pipeline (leads, confirmations, contracts) Coordinate invoicing with the finance team Monitor payments and outstanding invoices Support reporting and sales progress updates Provide administrative support during the sales phase Your Profile Proven experience in invoicing/billing (mandatory) Experience in sales administration, CRM management, or event operations Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.G. HubSpot) Comfortable communicating with clients when updates or changes are required Detail-oriented, organised, and professional Mid-level experience English only Offer €2800-3500 gross per hour Hybrid work model (3 days remote) Short-term contract (possible small extension) Immediate start Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
