Senior Business Controller – Brussels Region We are currently seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Controller to join a fast-paced, technology-driven organization in the Brussels region. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of business performance, driving financial planning processes, and delivering insights that directly influence strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles Own and further develop management reporting and KPI dashboards Analyze business performance across revenue streams, margins, and cost structures Provide strategic insights and challenge business decisions with data-driven analysis Drive profitability, scenario modeling, and investment analysis Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions Support and coach junior controllers where applicable Lead initiatives around process optimization, automation, and digitalization (Power BI, ERP, etc.) Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders Profile Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration 5–8 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis Strong analytical and strategic mindset Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Solid experience with ERP systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to influence decision-making at management level Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented What We Offer: A senior, high-impact role with strong exposure to leadership Direct involvement in strategic decision-making A modern, data-driven and technology-focused environment Opportunities for leadership and career progression Competitive salary package with attractive benefits Location: Brussels Region, Belgium
