Our client is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers and a leading global company. For their site in Diest, they are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator. This concerns a short-term assignment (Until June 2026). With a possibility for extension.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Procure parts and accessories from local suppliers and ensure accurate inventory control.
2. Analyze stock levels and service levels, and take corrective actions to meet customer service expectations and key KPI targets:
3. Monitor and follow up on Allocation Service Rate for customers.
4. Resolve backorders.
5. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate follow-up.
6. Improve supplier performance by applying companies system and problem‑solving methodologies:
7. Create, map, review, and improve supply chain and warehouse processes.
8. Identify and understand abnormalities caused by suppliers in the warehouse.
9. Visit suppliers to analyze root causes, define countermeasures, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
10. Support suppliers in creating and maintaining standards.
11. Ensure parts availability for all European markets—through regional hubs and up to the end customer—for both current and future car models.
Profiel
Your Profile:
12. Fluent in English (business language); Dutch is an asset.
13. Bachelor or Master in Logistics, Procurement, Economics or Engineering.
14. Strong interest in the automotive industry and supply chain management.
15. Detail‑oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic supply environment.
16. Proactive, outgoing, team‑focused, and customer‑oriented.
17. Strong numerical skills and proficient in MS Office, including Access and Power BI.
