PM Group Benelux has a requirement for a Project Controls Manager to oversee this Project in Belgium.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with significant experience of large-scale construction projects and the management of large multi-disciplinary construction teams. The role is client-facing and requires the ability to inspire confidence throughout all phases of construction execution.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee complete project controls framework and team management
2. Develop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6
3. Manage cost control processes, budgets, and financial forecasting
4. Lead earned value management (EVM) implementation and reporting
5. Prepare executive-level dashboards and progress reports
6. Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders
7. Manage change control processes and impact assessments
8. Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies
9. Ensure adherence to project KPIs and critical milestones
10. Support procurement and contract administration activities
11. Lead project controls team (2-4 coordinators/analysts)
Qualifications
12. 7+ years project controls experience in major construction/infrastructure
13. Proven leadership managing project controls teams
14. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
15. Strong background in data center or mission-critical facility projects
16. Experience with EVM methodologies and cost management systems
17. Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC) and commercial management
18. Professional qualifications (AACE, PMI, APM) preferred
19. Data center construction knowledge and industry standards
20. Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
21. Fluent English; French/Dutch language skills beneficial
22. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
23. Advanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities
