You will join our Software Project Team and work on innovative projects where software plays a central role, sometimes in combination with hardware. You act as the link between the customer, the project team, and the developers, ensuring that ideas are translated into clear and feasible software designs. You report directly to the Software Project Manager. Translate customer needs into clear software designs Design coherent software solutions based on the project scope and bill of material Discuss and validate design documents with customers, both remotely and on-site Ensure that designs remain within the agreed scope and project objectives Conduct internal design reviews to ensure quality Report progress and potential risks to the project manager Work closely with the customer’s project team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction Define API specifications and support developers with clear guidelines Process customer feedback and ensure structured follow-up Integrate OCR and OFR functionalities within the project scope Profile You hold a Master’s degree in ICT or Computer Science. You have experience as a software developer, system analyst, or business analyst, preferably in projects with external customers. You communicate fluently in English and Dutch, both spoken and written. You have experience with high-level system architecture and communication protocols. You are familiar with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). You are able to translate customer requirements into clear and workable software designs. You can define and structure both functional and non-functional IT requirements. You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview in complex projects.
