Responsibilities
As Accounting Assistant at KEMIN you will become part of our Finance team EMENA. You will have a variety of responsibilities such as:
1. Manage daily intake of vendor invoices: copy, file, and match with purchase orders and receiving documents.
2. Route invoices to appropriate team members for approval.
3. Perform reviews of expense reports for compliance with internal policies and regulations.
4. Monitor and verify outstanding purchase orders and follow up as needed.
5. Responsible for 3-way match and other approvals to ensure a timely vendor payment run.
6. Track and manage incoming credit notes.
7. Provide general administrative support to the AP team, including document preparation and data entry.
8. Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
9. Compile and organize financial data and reports as requested.

Qualifications
