About the Role

As part of its continued expansion and the strengthening of its Dutch speaking activities, our client is looking for an Accounting Advisor to manage and guide a portfolio of self employed entrepreneurs. This is a role focused on autonomy, client advisory, and high quality service, within a people oriented and digitally advanced organization.
Ideally based in the Leuven region, you will work in a modern, collaborative environment and play a key role in supporting Flemish entrepreneurs.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of self employed clients and ensure high quality accounting follow up.
Advise clients on accounting and tax obligations and support them in financial decision making.
Act as the main Dutch speaking point of contact for Flemish clients.
Use modern digital accounting tools to simplify and automate processes.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
Contribute directly to the development of the Flemish client base in a fast growing company.
Profile Sought
To succeed in this role, you bring:
At least 3 years of experience in accounting (working for a fiduciary).
A proactive, organized, and autonomous working style.
Strong interest in advising and supporting entrepreneurs.
High comfort level with digital tools and modern accounting systems.
Languages: fluent Dutch, very good level of French
Based in or able to commute to Leuven; openness to hybrid/remote work.
