We’re hiring: Field Sales Representative (BeLux)

A fast-growing last-mile logistics player is expanding its pickup & drop-off (PUDO) network across South Belgium and Luxembourg. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative who will take ownership of a region and build strong, long-term partnerships with local retail stores.
Your responsibilities
Recruit local stores : identify, approach, negotiate and close partnerships with retailers
Onboard & train partners on tools, systems and operational processes
Follow up & evaluate performance through regular quality checks
Ensure compliance & service excellence across the network
Build loyalty and maintain long-term relationships with partners
Report insights & suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
Who we’re looking for
Experience in field sales or commercial prospecting, ideally with local retailers
Strong communication and negotiation skills in French, English is a bonus
Proactive, autonomous and well-organized
Customer-focused with a relationship-driven mindset
