Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an AI Business & Data Analyst (Marketing and Communications). As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site with the client’s Marketing and Communication department to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Marketing and Communication Squads to boost awareness, encourage adoption, and support the usage of predictive models by translating model outputs into clear and actionable business insights for users.
* Track the usage, performance, and value generation of predictive models managed by the team.
* Gather and frame business needs from stakeholders for AI use cases, clarify objectives, identify relevant data dependencies and stakeholders, and define clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Analyze and explore new data sources and facilitate access to these sources for data scientists.
* Conduct feasibility studies through data analysis and business value estimations for AI use cases.
* Ensure compliance with AI governance policy by supporting the team in the AI use case lifecycle process: documentation, business value estimations, preparation of deliverables, and collaboration with stakeholders for model validation. Enable model explainability and fairness together with data scientists.
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI engineering, Data Science, or Software Development.
* Proven track record of translating business needs into clear technical specifications for AI use cases and data analysis.
* Experience in AI use case development, feasibility analysis, value estimation, and stakeholder management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences and align stakeholders.
* Technical expertise in Python for data analysis, SQL, statistical methods, experiment design, A/B testing, and understanding of data pipelines and ML ops.
* Knowledge of data regulations (GDPR), campaigning, direct marketing, Agile methodologies, and data analysis with SAS is preferable.
Education:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Business/Economics with a focus on Data.
* Advanced degree or specialization in AI/ML is a plus.
Language Requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Fluent spoken and written Dutch or French, with good understanding of the second language.
Work Environment:
* 50% on-site presence in Brussels, 50% telework.
