As Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
1.
Develop, lead, and implement a business development strategy for public sector infrastructure projects.
2.
Build and maintain a network of key stakeholders within public authorities.
3.
Lead and coordinate tender processes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal operational teams.
4.
Identify new market opportunities and position the organization as a partner of choice in complex infrastructure projects.
5.
Guide and manage a team of 6 people (3 sales assistant & 3 sales people) and support staff to maximize performance and motivation.
6.
Contribute to strategic decision-making in collaboration with operational and commercial leadership.
7.
Monitor market trends, analyze team performance, and continuously refine commercial approaches.
8.
Focus on the Belgian market.
The successful profile will have the following qualities:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or tender management within the infrastructure engineering sector.

A strong and relevant network within the public sector and municipalities in Belgium.

Strategic mindset with the ability to lead complex tendering and sales processes.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.

Familiar with CRM tools.
