Job Summary
As a Customer Care Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the full customer care cycle, from order entry to invoicing, and post-sales service. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing improvement projects that enhance our internal processes
You’ll be the link between customers, sales teams, and supply chain operations, helping us meet our promise of service excellence.
Job Responsibilities
1. Support day-to-day order management and follow-up for hospitals and distributors.
2. Assist in customer communication, documentation handling, and coordination of after-sales support.
3. Work in SAP ERP for tasks such as order processing, invoicing, customer creation, and master data management.
4. Contribute to improvement projects aimed at optimizing our Customer Care operations.
5. Gain exposure to a multifunctional international team, and connect with peers, managers, and fellow interns through interactive learning sessions.
Profile Description
6. You are currently studying Business Management, Office Management, Marketing, or a similar field.
7. You are proactive, organized, and a strong communicator, with a customer-focused mindset.
8. You’re fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluency in Dutch is a significant plus.
9. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and eager to learn systems like SAP.
10. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, and are not afraid to take ownership of your tasks
