Job Description
As a Customer Service Manager your responsibilities are:
* Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient operations.
* Optimise office processes and implement automation tools for efficiency
* Ensure accurate follow-up of procurement, sales, and service procedures
* Coordinate quotations, orders, and tenders in compliance with company standards
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or management
* Previous experience leading an administrative or customer service team
* Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in modern IT tools; Excel expertise required, ERP knowledge (SAP) is a plus
