Technical Skills (Must-have)
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on model-driven apps
In-depth experience with Dataverse:
* data models and relationships
* business rules
* security roles and privileges
Experience with Power Automate:
* cloud flows
* business process flows
* error handling and optimization
Development and configuration of:
* forms
* views
* dashboards
* Experience with JavaScript for client-side extensions (form scripting)
Knowledge of Power Platform ALM:
* solutions
* environments
* deployment and version control
Experience with integrations:
* standard and custom connectors
* REST / Web API
* links to external systems and/or Azure components
Development and Analysis Skills (Must-have)
* Technical translation of functional analyses and user stories into concrete solutions
* Active use of Copilot in:
* generating and improving formulas, flows, and scripts
* accelerating development work
* technical documentation and code explanations
* Ability to analyze, optimize, and extend existing solutions
* Testing, debugging, and supporting acceptance and integration testing
Nice-to-have
* Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
* Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
* Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD within Power Platform context
* Experience in complex organizations or government context
