Analyze Business Requirements
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Develop custom components such as plugins, workflows, and actions using C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
* Implement scripting with JavaScript and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
Customization & Configuration
* Configure entities, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and business process flows.
* Set up security roles, field‑level security, and hierarchical security models.
* Create and manage solutions for deployment across environments.
Integration
* Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Azure Logic Apps.
* Develop data migration strategies and execute migrations using Data Import Wizard, KingswaySoft, or SSIS.
* Ensure synchronization between Dynamics 365 and external systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.).
Automation
* Build automated workflows and approvals using Power Automate.
* Implement real‑time and background workflows for business processes.
* Optimize automation for performance and scalability.
Performance Optimization
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
* Optimize queries, plugins, and workflows for efficiency.
* Apply best practices for solution architecture and coding standards.
Testing & Quality Assurance
* Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Debug and resolve issues in custom code and configurations.
* Maintain version control and follow DevOps practices for deployment.
Documentation & Training
* Prepare technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
* Create user guides and provide training sessions for end‑users and administrators.
* Maintain change logs and release notes for updates.
Collaboration & Support
* Work closely with product managers, product owners, and scrum masters.
* Provide post‑deployment support and troubleshoot production issues.
* Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives).
Continuous Improvement
* Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
* Recommend enhancements to improve system usability and performance.
* Explore opportunities to leverage Power Platform, AI Builder, and Copilot features.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 3-5 Years
* Mandatory Skills: .NET
Fullstack Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert + .NET Developer Dynamics 365 with .NET experience.
