Job Title: Field Account Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the preferred distributor among your assigned or new customers. This involves actively participating in quotes, engineering, and supply chain opportunities to create, expand, and defend sales.
Your Responsibilities:
* Selling our products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory.
* Developing and securing new businesses to expand the customer base and increase potential sales.
* Consulting with customers to find the best solution in our portfolio.
* Collaborating with the customer's purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs.
* Developing strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customers' technical and commercial needs.
* Maintaining market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends, and new concepts.
* Closely collaborating with our internal resources.
Profile:
We are looking for a professional with several years of sales experience in the electronic component industry. You should have solid knowledge of our products and services, as well as excellent analytical and sales methodology skills. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be able to acquire new knowledge on future focus product areas and possess good English language skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

What You Bring to Us:
* Several years of sales experience in the electronic component industry.
* Completed professional technical and/or commercial education.
* Strong analytical and sales methodology skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional knowledge of our products, services, and value proposition.
* Good English language skills, as well as proficiency in Dutch and French.
* Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Willingness to travel locally and a valid driver's license.
