As part of the team in charge of the Intelligent Industry at Invent, the (Senior) Director will provide expertise on issues related to operations and will assist clients in activating levers to improve their competitiveness. Role Overview Based on the following issues, the (Senior) Director will contribute to client success: Business Development: Develop part of the business of your entity within Capgemini Invent and establish credibility as a leader with clients and colleagues. Contribute to the development of a business platform to generate significant business/value through acquisition of accounts or expansion of existing accounts with the support of the firm’s teams. People Management: Contribute to employee development. As a Talent Leader, support consultants in their professional development. Delivery: Develop relationships at the CxO level and lead large projects/programs that involve Capgemini Group entities to offer the best solutions to clients. Driving Innovation: Develop assets for large projects and support innovative thinking on new business models, services, and assets. Contribute to marketing and visibility of the Invent brand through publications and interventions. Your Profile You are a graduate of an engineering school, business school or another university. You have several years of experience (10–15 years minimum), ideally in organization, strategy and transformation consulting, with possible operational experience in the industrial world. You have strong sectoral expertise and knowledge of industrial issues. You have already managed digital transformation projects in this environment. You can work in an environment where you achieve results, have strong analytical skills, and can mobilize teams. You speak Dutch and/or French (plus practical knowledge of the other Belgian national language) with a good command of English. You like to be ahead of the game.
