implementation and documentation of key HR processes
(Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, HR Operations) as part of global HR transformation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Support
process documentation
(AS-IS and TO-BE) and simplification activities.
* Conduct
data gathering
, cleaning, structuring and consolidation of inputs.
* Prepare and update
design deliverables
: RACI, process maps, SOPs, guidelines.
* Help prepare and coordinate
workshops
with global and regional HR teams.
* Assist in the operational implementation: checklists, basic configuration inputs, templates.
* Produce high-quality materials: reports, summaries, presentations.
* Coordinate with HRBPs, SMEs and central teams to clarify requirements.
* Use AI-based tools to
industrialize documentation and accelerate deliverable production
.
* Provide
PMO support
: action tracking, timeline coordination, status reporting.
Skills & Experience
* 3–6 years in
HR Transformation, HRIS, or HR process design
.
* Strong command of
Visio / Miro / Lucidchart
, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong structure, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
* Experience working remotely with global teams.
This is fully remote role and you will act as a
hybrid analyst / PMO / process specialist
