About the companyMy client is a fast-growing Revenue Operations & HubSpot agency, active across the Benelux market and based in Antwerp.While positioned as a go-to-market partner, HubSpot is a main part of their business, through implementations, automation, CRM architecture and revenue process optimization.

The company operates with:A team of 20+ consultants in the NetherlandsA fast-scaling Belgian unit, currently building its Antwerp office with close to 10 consultants,A strong inbound pipeline,Ambition to double Belgian revenue each year for the next two years

They combine deep HubSpot expertise, process designing and measurable impact for SMEs and scale-ups in Flanders and Brussels.This is not a traditional agency role, it is a front-row seat in building a high-impact RevOps team in Belgium.

Main ResponsibilitiesAs a HubSpot Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for multiple clients.

You will:Lead and execute HubSpot implementations (Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs)Design and optimize workflows, automation, lifecycle stages and lead management processesTranslate business objectives into scalable CRM & revenue architectureImprove data quality, reporting structures and funnel visibilityCollaborate closely with project managers and RevOps consultantsWork on-site with clients in Flanders and Brussels when neededContribute to internal knowledge sharing and team growth

Your ProfileThe ideal colleague they are looking for has:A first experience of hands-on HubSpot experienceGood knowledge of the workflow behind and how it can be optimized, either via automation or AIExperience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, CRM ownership or Growth MarketingWilling to work punctually at the customer's premises if needed (for a specific part of the project a.e)Client-facing experience and ability to explain technical concepts clearlyPassion for technology, process optimization and measurable impact

Languages:Fluent in Dutch and English is a mustFrench would be considered as a plus
