Our customers include leading OEMs and research institutions strongworldwide /strong who rely on our technology to enable breakthroughs in science and industry. /p pTo accelerate our growth, we are looking for an experienced and visionary strongMarketing Director /strong to lead our global marketing and sales strategy. /p pstrongRole Overview /strong /p pAs Marketing Director, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the established partner in precision motion technology. You will develop and implement a clear marketing vision, manage brand strategy, and execute demand generation campaigns targeting international B2B markets. Working closely with the CEO and the RD department, you will translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions. Xeryon has a unique market approach, as strongit runs an industrial B2B business as marketing driven as an FMCG company. /strong There is a digital only strategy with a strong focus on videocontent. /pbr /ul liDefine and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives. /li liLead, grow and coach the marketing team and the in-house sales team /li liHave a lead generation target as well as a sales target /li liManage the Adwords and Linkedin campaigns, which are the backbone of the lead generation strategy /li liTransform the company from a High Tech scale-up to a fully fletched global player /li liBuild and maintain a marketing dashboard /li liBuild and strengthen the brand presence across digital channels. /li liManage website, digital channels, and content creation (case studies, pictures, videos). /li liConduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. /li /ulbr /ul liProven experience (15+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial technology, medtech, or high-precision engineering. /li liStrong track record in building brand awareness and generating leads in international markets. /li liExcellent understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead nurturing. /li liAbility to translate technical innovations into customer-oriented messaging. /li liStrong leadership, communication, and project management skills. /li liFluent in English (additional languages are a plus). /li liDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. /li /ulbr /ul liA key leadership role in a fast-growing high-tech company with a direct report to the CEO. /li liThe opportunity to shape and expand an international brand. /li liA collaborative environment with close interaction between RD and Management. /li liCompetitive salary package with performance incentives and a stock option plan /li liInternational exposure and career development opportunities. /li /ulbr / Video, Innovation, Google AdWords, FMCG Company, Video Content, Communication, Value Propositions, Content Creation, Campaign, B2B Marketing, Digital Channels, Content Strategy, Corporate Marketing, Dashboard, Strong Leadership, Project Management, Technology, Sales, Website Management, High tech, Brand Developement, Engineering, Digital Strategy, Lead Generation, Customer Oriented, Demand Generation, Brand Awareness, Industrial, Brand Management, RD, Business Goals, B2B Marketing, Online Promotion, Marketing, Lead Generation, Messaging
