Your key responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, offering detailed information about our products and services, and gently guiding clients towards making informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries from Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
* Provide comprehensive information about products and services to assist clients
* Utilize a soft sales approach to encourage clients in their purchasing journey
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer-centric strategies
* Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques
Requirements
* Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in customer service or soft sales is highly desired
