We are looking for a project manager with passion in energy transitions to work in a well known company specialized in mulit-technical instalations. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in achieving our profitability and annual turnover goals, while prioritizing safety and quality standards The ideal candidate should possess: A master's degree in electromechanics or energy 5+ years of experience in a similar position Basic knowledge of industrial processes Excellent contract management skills Successful negotiation skills, both commercially and technically Leadership abilities and ability to cope with stress Strong organizational and people skills The ability to work both in a team and independently Fluency in French or Dutch, with a good knowledge of the other language. The Project Manager will be responsible for: Budgeting and planning Safety policy and quality standards Contractual objectives Preparing technical and commercial offers and negotiating contract conditions Writing and coordinating various documents such as technical and commercial tenders Developing the project schedule Determining and implementing necessary measures to achieve contractual objectives Managing the team and monitoring projects until completion Maintaining good contact with clients and growing the client portfolio Ensuring daily financial management of projects to guarantee profitability.
