We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge high-pressure alkaline electrolysis products. This is an opportunity to contribute to sustainable innovation and shape the energy transition.
Your Role:
As a System Engineer, you will support the overall technical work for products designed as part of NPI projects. You will ensure alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Chief Engineer in defining the technical scope, requirements, and deliverables of individual NPI projects.
* Write the Product Design Specification (PDS) and manage its distribution to subsystems or modules to ensure PDS fulfillment.
* Participate in defining testing and verification activities with the validation/compliance engineer, ensuring the system meets the Product/Project Requirement Specification (PRS).
* Contribute to Design to Cost initiatives.
* Define and coordinate the integration of technical systems within assigned NPI projects.
* Ensure full system integration of technical deliverables within assigned NPIs.
* Provide technical status reports on the overall technical solution within assigned NPIs.
* Establish and maintain mitigation plans according to the risk assessment.
* Verify all technical solutions and the results of testing and verification activities at the system level.
Your Team:
You will collaborate with a diverse, agile, and multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and product specialists. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive product excellence and innovation.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience, Knowledge, and Hard Skills:
* An Engineer/Master degree in civil or industrial engineering.
* 6+ years of experience in system engineering, integration, processes, requirements, and specifications.
* Fluent in English.

* A strong attention to detail and systematic approach.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to question assumptions.
