Validation Engineer, you play a key role in the qualification and validation of production equipment within industrial environments in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector. You ensure that machines, systems, and processes meet regulatory requirements (GMP) and clients’ quality standards.
This position is ideal for a candidate with initial experience in equipment validation or qualification, looking to deepen their expertise in highly regulated environments.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Perform
IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities
on production equipment (fill & finish, packaging, utilities, HVAC, etc.).
Write, review, and execute
validation protocols
and related reports.
Participate in
deviation and CAPA
analysis and manage GMP documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, QA, Maintenance, and Automation teams.
Support supplier follow-up and participate in FAT/SAT when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes.
ABOUT YOU:
2–4 years of experience
in equipment validation/qualification or engineering in a GMP environment.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech industrial processes.
Good understanding of
GMP ,
Annex 15, and GAMP5 (a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills for working with shop-floor stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and practical problem-solving skills.
Dutch and English
required

An annual gross salary ranging from 45 000€ to 51 000€ paid over 13,92 months and advantages such as a company car (and fuel card), representation fees, insurances, meal vouchers, eco cheques, a sectorial bonus (the salary indicated corresponds to the level of experience mentioned in the job description.
