Overview
The role focuses on Agoda’s white‑label platform: partnering with B2B partners so they can integrate Agoda’s technology and deliver a superior customer experience. Senior Product Managers define strategy, set product roadmaps, and collaborate across business, design, engineering, and marketing to launch and continuously improve white‑label products.
Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end product life‑cycle for white‑label offerings, from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with partners to embed Agoda’s technology into their platforms.
Analyze market conditions, conduct competitor and technology landscape reviews, and prioritize new opportunities.
Align short‑term actions with long‑term strategic goals based on customer needs and business objectives.
Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks for the agile team.
Lead agile teams to deliver consistent, branded experiences across web and mobile.
Define KPIs and evaluate product success.
Design navigation and user experience flows for web, mobile and app interfaces.
Assess risks and trade‑offs for each product decision.
Work closely with users to ensure products meet business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics).
3+ years of product‑management experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.
Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to drive decisions.
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
Experience with B2B, B2B2C, or B2C products.
Passion for web design, functionality, and testing.
Drive to develop engineered processes and innovate organizationally.
Ability to inspire and motivate development teams.
Stakeholder‑management skills at all levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset and agility in a fast‑moving business.
Familiarity with latest internet trends and technologies.
Advanced degree (MBA, CS, Statistics) preferred.
