You will play a crucial role in determining the shelf life of our products by linking analytical data, process optimization, and formulation excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in stability studies, process engineering, and analytical methodologies to contribute to the development of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Stability Study Design and Execution:
1. Design and Implement product stability studies to assess physical, chemical, and microbiological stability over time.
2. Executing protocols for accelerated and real-time stability testing to predict product shelf life.
Process and Formulation Optimization:
3. Collaborate with formulation scientists and process engineers to optimize product formulations and manufacturing processes for extended stability.
4. Identify critical process parameters impacting product stability and recommend improvements.
Regulatory Compliance:
5. Ensure all stability testing and documentation meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
6. Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve stability-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement:
8. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory guidelines affecting product stability evaluation.
9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stability study efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
10. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess degradation products, potency, and efficacy of formulations.
11. Analyze and interpret stability data to make data-driven recommendations on product shelf life.
12. Prepare and review technical reports and regulatory submissions related to product stability.
