To support our growing operations in Langemark, we are looking for a Business Support Process Analyst.
THE JOB:
* You analyse and map our business processes clearly, uncovering opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
* You support key users, internal teams, and external partners throughout various software implementation projects.
* You contribute to blueprinting, design well‑structured test scenarios, and validate new functionalities with precision.
* You deliver hands‑on training and ensure a smooth and successful go‑live of new systems.
* You collaborate closely with Central ICT and software vendors, coordinating and safeguarding master data changes.
* You perform thorough system checks and maintain a sharp focus on the quality of updates and new releases.
* You monitor project progress closely, ensuring that solutions fully align with business needs and user expectations.
* You develop and maintain comprehensive test scenarios across key domains such as purchasing, sales, production, planning, and inventory.
* You investigate system deviations in detail, identify root causes, and initiate timely corrective actions.
* You configure static master data and test new production lines, label printers, and integrations with external platforms.
YOU:
* You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
* You have around 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
* You have a strong affinity with IT and work efficiently with various business applications.
* You are highly analytical, process‑oriented, and focused on delivering customer‑centred solutions.
* You work with great accuracy, think analytically, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* You proactively contribute ideas for optimisation and take ownership of your projects.
* You speak fluent Dutch and English, and you can express yourself professionally in French.
* You are willing to travel occasionally to our Glacier sites in Argentan (FR) or Cavriago (IT).
