For an international industrial group, we are looking for an experienced Interim M&A Director able to create rapid impact.
Your role:
You lead ongoing and upcoming transactions, bring clarity and structure to the M&A roadmap, ensure momentum throughout the deal cycle, and act as a sparring partner to the CEO.
What are we looking for?
* 10+ years of M&A experience with a strong track record in international deals.
* Affinity with industrial environments.
* Hands‐on, analytical, and ambition-driven.
* Availability as from 1 March.
* Assignment duration: 9 to 12 months.
* HQ: East/West Flanders.
