What You'll OwnPaid Advertising (Your Core Focus): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta – from strategy to execution to optimizationCampaign Strategy: Build targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bid management that drive qualified leadsAd Creative & Copy: Write high-converting ad copy and brief freelancers/designers for creative productionTesting & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests on audiences, ad variants, and conversion pathsPerformance Analysis: Build dashboards, track attribution, and report weekly on what's workingLanding Page Optimization: Collaborate on landing page tests to improve conversionAI-First Execution: Use AI tools to accelerate copy creation, analysis, reporting, and creative briefs
What We're Looking ForProven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising in B2B SaaSProven track record managing paid campaigns that delivered measurable leads or pipeline growthPlatform expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and MetaStrong copywriting skills for ads and landing pagesAI-first mindset – you ask "how can AI help me do this faster?" before doing it manuallyData-driven approach – comfortable with A/B testing, CRO, and performance analyticsComfortable briefing creatives – you don't need to be a designer, but you know what makes ads convertSelf-starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced scale-up environmentYou're comfortable in HubSpot and love a good dashboard
