As a operator in our printing facility, you will contribute to the printing and production process of flexible packaging materials.
Your responsibilities:
1. Operating and monitoring industrial printing machines
2. Setting up and adjusting printing parameters
3. Performing quality checks during the production process
4. Identifying and reporting minor technical issues
5. Working closely with fellow operators and the shift supervisor
6. Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the workplace

We are looking for someone who:
7. Is motivated and eager to learn
8. Has technical insight or interest in production processes
9. Works accurately and with attention to quality
10. Functions well in a team environment
11. Is willing to work in a rotating shift system
12. Experience in a printing company or production environment is considered an advantage, but it is not required.
You will work in a rotating shift system:
13. 2 days morning shift
14. 2 days afternoon shift
15. 2 days night shift
16. followed by 4 days off
