Key Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in fostering growth and development within your area of expertise.
* People Development & Coaching:
o Guide and mentor team members to help them build relevant skills and shape meaningful career paths.
o Provide continuous feedback throughout the year and lead annual evaluations, including salary reviews.
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
o Recruit new talent based on evolving departmental needs.
o Ensure seamless integration of new team members and provide them with access to necessary knowledge.
* Strategic Resource Planning:
o Collaborate with other Chapter Leads on sourcing strategies that adapt to change and align with long-term goals.
o Maintain open, value-driven relationships with external partners and staffing providers.
* Support & Expertise:
o Serve as a trusted point of contact for complex technical or organizational challenges.
o Help team members enhance their agility - the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in changing environments.
* Tribal Leadership:
o Represent your chapter in the tribal leadership team and contribute to the broader direction of the organization.
* Culture & Community Building:
o Promote a culture of open feedback, psychological safety, and trust.
o Sponsor one or more internal communities of practice where employees share expertise and grow together.

Requirements
A minimum of two years' experience in a relevant leadership or coordination role within IT is required.
* Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support developers and/or functional analysts is highly valued.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals, with working knowledge of ITIL and Agile ways of working.
* A technical background in infrastructure technologies is a strong advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and relate to the needs and emotions of team members.
* Comfortable working within agile environments and familiar with the dynamics of agile teams.
* Naturally driven by innovation, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written. A strong command of English is essential.
