SAP Fiori (UI5) & CAP Developer
We are building and extending a custom build SAP Fiori web application. In this context, we are looking for an SAP CAP JS (Fullstack) Developer who would like to join our team to further improve and extend our product. The focus will be on both the operation of the current solution and new developments. This will be creating and extending the Hana DB CDS model, creating CAP ODATA API services upon and consuming in custom UI5 applications.
As an SAP UI5 CAP developers you need to take care of the following tasks:
* Development and extending of SAP UI5 applications
* Development and extending of SAP CAP ODATA services
* Maintenance of CDS database definitions
* Advising the product team (Functional Analysts/Product Owner) on requirements
* Documentation of the developed technologies
Requirements:
* In-depth technical understanding of the SAP UI5, CAP and CDS
* Confident handling of the development tools: Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Hana DB, SAP BTP cockpit, CF and CDS CLI
* Experience in programming UI5/JavaScript/Typescript (ABAP CDS skills are a big plus)
* Excellent SAP User Experience Skills
* Excellent SAP Frontend Skills (SAP UI5/Fiori)
Other requirements
* Excellent analytical skills
* Good knowledge of git
* Good technical documentation skills
* Good communication skills
* Experience in working with the ticket tool Jira
* Team player
* Languages: English and one of the following Dutch/French/German
Additional information:
Location: the team is working from the Sablon and Empereur building in the center of Brussels (near Central station). 2 days of physical presence on site / week by default is required, up to 3 days remote possible. Travelling 2-3 days to Berlin once or twice per year may be part of the assignment.
Work regime: fulltime
12 months contract
