PpOur client, a global life sciences organization, is seeking a Quality Performance Lead to play a pivotal role within a major quality management system transformation. This role focuses on the end-to-end design and implementation of a quality performance framework and KPI pyramid to drive data-driven decision-making. /p ul liDesign and own the Quality Performance framework and KPI pyramid, ensuring alignment between operational metrics and strategic quality objectives. /li liLead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to co-design KPI definitions, targets, thresholds, and escalation rules. /li liGovern the KPI lifecycle, including creation, modification, and retirement, while ensuring data ownership and governance. /li liImplement the Quality Management Review performance model to consolidate data and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. /li liDefine requirements for Quality dashboards and reports in collaboration with business stakeholders and digital partners. /li liOversee the development and deployment of data visualization tools to support operational, tactical, and strategic needs. /li liPromote a data-driven Quality culture through transparent, meaningful, and actionable reporting across the organization. /li /ul ul liMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Data, or a related field. /li liYou have 8+ years of experience in bQuality Management Systems /b and bQuality Performance management /b. /li liYou bring proven expertise in bKPI design /b, bperformance frameworks /b, and bdata-driven decision support /b within a bGxP /b environment. /li liYou possess strong analytical and systemic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. /li liYou're able to challenge experts constructively while building trust and managing stakeholders in complex matrix environments. /li liYou are fluent in bEnglish /b. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liActive knowledge of bFrench /b. /li liExperience with advanced bdashboard development /b and reporting standards. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
