We are looking for an HR Payroll Administration Specialist to take the lead on payroll and HR administration across 4 Belgian entities. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with legal accuracy, while working in a fast-moving, multicultural, and collaborative business environment. /p pstrongMain Responsibilities and Shared Tasks /strong /p ul liPayroll Management: Managing the full payroll cycle in coordination with 3 social secretariats (collecting, encoding, and checking inputs; loading annual holiday calendars; reviewing simulations, payslips, and offboarding calculations). /li liAdministration Contracts: Drafting and managing employment offers, contracts, and addendums in compliance with Belgian labour law and CP200 requirements; supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. /li liTemporary Staff Coordination: Collaborating directly with the interim agency regarding temporary staff weekly schedules and invoices. /li liLabour Law Compliance: Monitoring Belgian social legislation, reviewing and updating work regulations, supporting the development of HR policies, and providing practical compliance guidance. /li liSocial Elections: Supporting the HR Director with the structured preparation, administrative follow-up, milestone planning, and legal compliance of social elections. /li liCollaboration Improvement: Working closely daily with the HR Assistant and HR Director; acting as a trusted link between teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR operations. /li /ul /td /tr trtd no-style="font-weight:bold;" colspan="2"Company /td /trtrtd colspan="2"pOur client is a leading international agency and a global leader in association management, congress organization, and live events.
