* Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and project managers
* Contribute to API integrations and system interface discussions
* Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives
* Work across different ERP systems depending on project needs
* 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong understanding of business processes (experience in insurance is a plus)
* Good technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data flows, system architecture concepts)
* Experience working with ERP systems
* SAP knowledge is a strong asset, but not mandatory (experience with other ERPs is highly valued)
* Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
* Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders
* Exposure to diverse ERP environments and transformation projects
* A collaborative and multilingual work environment
