One of our clients is looking for a freelance Service Delivery Manager. The role is based in Mechelen.
They are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery of indoor mobile access projects. You will coordinate with a managed services partner, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of indoor coverage and capacity solutions for various environments such as offices, hospitals, and event venues.
The ideal candidate has:
* A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, ideally with a focus on indoor service delivery or mobile network projects.
* Strong knowledge of mobile telecom technologies (4G/5G), RF design, indoor infrastructure and equipment.
* Proven experience managing complex technical projects from A to Z.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
* Strong financial insight (budgeting, forecasting, PO follow‑up).
* A customer-focused, analytical and pragmatic mindset.
* Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

* Experience working with major telecom vendors.
